Purchasing Firearms

It is Required for you to have a copy of your signed Federal Firearms License, or Collector of Curio & Relics License on file with us before ordering Firearms from this Website. It is also required to have a copy of any local or state licenses required for a firearm purchase to be on file. All orders placed without, or prior to, a signed copy of the Federal Firearms License (or other necessary licensing) on file may be Deleted without notice. KR Sweet Shot, LLC reserves the right to limit the purchase of multiple Firearms.

Don’t have a Federal Firearms License or 03 Collector or Curio & Relics License? Locate a dealer in your area who is willing to process a firearm(s) transfer.

The process is easy:
FFL dealers transfer firearms to you, the consumer, for a specified fee(s). Simply locate a dealer in your area, carefully review the dealer’s terms and fees and then complete your order. The firearm(s) will be shipped to the business address of the dealer with your name and contact number attached.
It is also required to have a copy of any local or state licenses required for a firearm purchase to be on file.

We comply with ALL Local, State, and Federal laws. You must be aware of any Federal laws affecting your purchase.

The following list of state and local laws is NOT represented to be all inclusive of the 50 states’ numerous firearms laws. Please know your Local and State Laws BEFORE purchasing High Capacity Magazines and Firearms. Individual Local & State laws are too numerous to list on our website, however, the following sales Restrictions will apply:

CALIFORNIA CUSTOMERS:
All CA Dealers must give us their CL# before ordering.
• No Sales of AK type or AR-15 type Rifles. No Sales of semi-automatic centerfire rifles with detachable magazine and any one of the following: Pistol Grip, Thumbhole Stock, Folding or Telescoping Stock, Grenade or Flare Launcher, Flash Suppressor and/or Forward Pistol Grip.
• All handgun shipments to “01″ Dealer FFL only and modern handguns must be on the California approved list.
• C&R Licensees may purchase only C&R Rifles that are at least 50 years old, even if the rifle appears on the Federal C&R list.
• No sales of Firearms to the City of Los Angeles.

CONNECTICUT:
• No Sales of semi-automatic centerfire rifles with detachable magazine and any one of the following: Pistol Grip, Thumbhole Stock, Folding or Telescoping Stock, Grenade or Flare Launcher, Flash Suppressor and/or Forward Pistol Grip.
• No Sales of semi-automatic centerfire rifles that has a fixed magazine with the ability to accept more than 10rds.
• No Sales of semi-automatic pistols with detachable magazine and any one of the following: threaded barrel, barrel shroud, second hand grip.
• No Sales of semi-automatic shotguns with detachable magazine.

ILLINOIS CUSTOMERS: No Firearms sales to Chicago. No Firearms sales to Cooke County. C&R 03 Licensees may purchase C&R Eligible firearms, however Illinois FOID card must be on file.

MASSACHUSETTS CUSTOMERS:
• No Sales of semi-automatic centerfire rifles with detachable magazine and any one of the following: Folding or Telescoping Stock, Grenade or Flare Launcher, Flash Suppressor and/or Bayonet Lug.
• No Sales of semi-automatic centerfire rifles that has a fixed magazine with the ability to accept more than 10rds.
• No Sales of semi-automatic pistols with detachable magazine and any one of the following: threaded barrel, barrel shroud, second hand grip.
• 01 FFL Dealers may purchase handguns that are on the MA approved for sale list.
• 03 C&R License holders may only purchase eligible Rifles and those sales require a copy of a Class A or B license along with standard requirements.

MARYLAND CUSTOMERS: Modern Handguns must be listed on the MD handgun roster.
• As of October 1st, 2013: No Sales of semi-automatic centerfire rifles with detachable magazine and any two of the following: Folding Stock, Grenade or Flare Launcher and/or Flash Suppressor.
• No Sales of semi-automatic centerfire rifles that has a fixed magazine with the ability to accept more than 10rds.

NEW JERSEY CUSTOMERS:
No Sales of CETME Rifles. Absolutely no Handgun sales to C&R 03 licensees.

NEW YORK CUSTOMERS:
• Handguns can only be shipped to an 01 dealer and a current copy of the NY State Firearms Dealer License must be on file. C&R eligible rifles may be sold to 03 C&R licensees.
• No Sales of semi-automatic centerfire rifles with detachable magazine and any one of the following: Pistol Grip, Thumbhole Stock, Folding or Telescoping Stock, Grenade or Flare Launcher, Flash Suppressor, Muzzle Brake, Muzzle Compensator, threaded barrel, Bayonet Mount and/or Forward Pistol Grip.

WASHINGTON DC CUSTOMERS: No Sales of any products.
